Making a Purchase
To make a purchase simply browse our online catalogue. You can create an order online or telephone us quoting the reference numbers and finishes of the required furniture.
Items can be added to your shopping trolley which will create an online order. Payment can be made online. Payment can also be made by telephone.
Security
Online payments are undertaken with 3rd party bank merchant facilities from Protx who provide a safe and secure environment for online payments. In addition to the order confirmation you will receive from Timberline Pine Ltd, they will send you payment confirmation. When giving your bank card details over the internet, check the security padlock at the bottom of your browser window for reassurance.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by many methods including: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and cheques. Payment must be made in GBP sterling.
Please note that goods are depatched on receipt of full payment, therefore payments by cheque can take up to 5 days longer than card payments.
Delivery Information & Prices
Delivery is not included in the price of purchases. The following prices are a guide and as there are occasional exceptions.
Returns
We offer a 7 day full money back guarantee. Should a piece of furniture not meet your expectations, it may be returned to us in its original condition. We will arrange collection for you. The collection fee will be the same as the delivery price. The full refund will be made once Timberline Pine confirm the furniture is in original condition.
Please note that we cannot refund customised furniture which includes any finish other than the waxed finish.
Damaged Goods
If the goods are delivered and show signs of damage please notify the driver immediately. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any problems to Timberline Pine as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged goods without fuss.
